Shipping 

 

BantuWax.com offers free worldwide shipping on all orders over $150 

 

Our Shipping Costs are fixed: 

 

Domestic orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via FedEx Ground for a flat rate of $14.

*Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and territories situated outside North America are charged a flat rate of $25.

 

International orders are shipped via Fedex International for a flat rate of $25.

Except surfboards, shipping fees approximately $150 - $250 as special packaging required.

 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days excluding holidays.

Expedited Shipping is available on request.

 

 

International Customs & Duties

 

All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.

 

 

Return Policy

 

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be given a refund of the same price as the returned garment.  We currently do not make exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product afterwards.

 

To return an item, please email customer@bantuwax.com and include:

 

  1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email address on the order
  4. Your request

 

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email customer@bantuwax.com and include:

 

  1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email address on the order
  4. Your request
  5. A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item

 

Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

*Please note: BantuWax.com does not accept any returns or exchanges on swimwear.

 

 

Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with shipping details and a FedEx tracking number. You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order. The link in the email should take you to your item's tracking page on the FedEx website. If clicking on the tracking number doesn't work automatically, then simply visit www.fedex.com and enter your number to track your order shipment. Returns / Exchanges

 

At this time we do not accept returns, however you may exchange a product within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please contact customer service at help@bantuwax.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and further instructions. If you received an item as a gift from BantuWax.com, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within fourteen (14) days of delivery. You, the gift recipient, must pay the difference in price. 

 

All Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges permitted.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item must be included and returned in its original condition.
